This position requires a proactive, hands-on profile with great energy to lead and develop processes that drive recruitment and selection efficiently and effectively. Main responsibilities:
- Conduce recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
Requirements:
- Advanced English - Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Location:
- Manaus, Polo Industrial, Monday to Friday (on-site)
