  • Strategic Planning and Decision Making
    • Develop and implement means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, and analyzing financial data and market trends.
    • Compile and analyze information to forecast sales against expenses and create annual budget plans.
    • Identify and address differences between actual and projected sales, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Leading Finance Teams
    • Utilize strong leadership and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others, and advocate for sound financial and business decision-making.
    • Communicate strategic goals, focus, and owner priorities to subordinates in a clear and precise manner.

    • Reconcile balance sheets to ensure account balances are supported by appropriate documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with management contract and reporting requirements, as well as standard and local operating procedures.
  • Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
    • Ensure team members are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.
    • Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently.
