About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead local activities in Brazil. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the performance of the local operational team. Manage and oversee daily work of service providers. Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality. Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs. Requirements: Legal residence in Brazil. Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the local operational team, managing daily work, communicating with clients, and contributing to planning and monitoring financial KPIs. To succeed in this role, you must have legal residence in Brazil, fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian, and proven experience in project management and team leadership.
