Hiring, developing, and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and services. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success. Coordinating and executing development processes to ensure timely delivery. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies to promote collaboration and open communication. To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 10 years of experience in software development-related roles. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager or similar. Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities. An advanced level of English proficiency.
