Software Engineering Leader

As a Backend Engineer , you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems of our product. This position requires a problem solver who combines experience, knowledge, and independence to tackle complex tasks. System Architecture: We are looking for someone who can architect backend systems using best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Feature Implementation: You will be responsible for implementing and iterating features strategically, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Collaboration: As part of our fast-paced early-stage startup environment, you will work collaboratively and efficiently across functional teams to drive innovation and growth. API Design: We need someone who can design, extend, and implement APIs that meet our product's requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Code Quality: Maintaining high engineering quality standards through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics is essential for this role. Automation: Improving engineering productivity through automation and tool development is key to driving efficiency and reducing costs. Process Definition: Defining engineering processes for product launches and releases ensures smooth execution and minimizes downtime. Talent Development: Helping grow the engineering team by conducting technical interviews and providing feedback is an important aspect of this role.
