IT Infrastructure Optimization Specialist We are seeking a proactive problem solver with a passion for automation, operational efficiency and continuous process improvement to join our IT organization. The ideal candidate will be critical to the daily operations, maintenance and optimization of our monitoring platforms—Splunk, DynaTrace and NewRelic—and will also support day-to-day ticketing and incident response workflows. Platform Health: Own the health, performance and availability of enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, DynaTrace, NewRelic). System Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and configuration tuning to ensure optimal system performance. Incident Management: Triage and resolve monitoring-related incidents and service tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Collaboration: Collaborate with application, infrastructure and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reliability through automation.
