About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a high call volume daily, making 80-100 calls to potential clients. Develop leads in cold and warm prospect accounts to generate interest in our solutions. Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives related to our solutions. Discover new software opportunities by calling targeted prospect accounts. Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities each month. Deliver high-level product presentations to new clients. Participate in account development, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Collaborate with experienced account managers when prospecting accounts and creating opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. High-energy self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients effectively. 1+ years of cold calling experience preferred. Ambition to grow and build a career in sales. Able to resonate with prospects and detect their needs. Positive and energetic phone skills. Customer-focused, results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills. Salesforce experience is a plus.
