Job Description The Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager is a pivotal role within our organization. This professional leads the operational backbone behind internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance. Maintaining the single source of truth for internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures is a key responsibility. They ensure consultants follow the right learning paths, have access to accurate materials, and that methodologies remain organized, structured, and current. Focused on execution, documentation discipline, and content operations Responsible for management and leadership roles In the short term, this person will develop content to support operational processes. In the long term, they will build up their own team to handle these responsibilities.
