Job Type: Remote Location: Latin America Availability: Full-time (Mandatory) Description: At Elevate Groups USA LLC, we are looking for a conversion architect—not a decorative designer. Your mission: build end-to-end landing pages that are not only visually premium but actually convert. You will be fully responsible for the strategy, design, development, and optimization. What You'll Do: Design and develop landing pages on Shopify with clear conversion-focused narratives. Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize performance. Create premium visual assets using Figma and AI tools. Optimize page speed, UX, and conversion rates for each page. Work with full autonomy—from research to deployment. Essential Requirements Mindset & Skills: You think like a direct-response marketer (CRO frameworks, buyer psychology). You can explain the "why" behind every design choice in terms of conversion. Portfolio with actual URLs of Shopify pages you personally built. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Technical Skills: Advanced Figma (components, prototyping, responsive design). Shopify (Liquid, advanced CSS, JavaScript, speed optimization). AI tools (Midjourney/Runway for asset generation). A/B testing (implementation and analysis). Nice to Have: Experience in agencies, freelance, or growth marketing. Familiarity with premium DTC aesthetics (e.G., Dr. Squatch, HiSmile).
