We are seeking a motivated and skilled Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is the coordination of bids for cargo opportunities within the Brazilian territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and pursuing both commercial and operational cargoes for carriage on our vessels. This may require extension of the scope to include use of multimodal forms of conveyance. Candidates with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box are encouraged to apply. There are always new challenges on the horizon and ways to improve, even in a business as old as shipping. This position requires constant interaction and communication with our team to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities: Identification and pursuit of chartering opportunities Voyage calculations and pricing of project cargoes Analysis of intermodal bids Administration of quoting system Project monitoring Tracking cargo flows Requirements: Ability to multitask Understanding of terms and conditions for contracts of carriage Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Maritime Business Administration or Transportation Minimum three years of experience in cabotage transportation industry Personal Characteristics: Ambitious | Enthusiastic |Team player
