Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a sales background to be the first point of contact between potential clients and our company. Your prime responsibility is to generate new leads, qualify prospects, and conduct sales meetings. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the leads generated are in line with our target audience.
What You'll Do
- Conduct sales calls with prospects (cold calling and event follow-ups).
- Keep track and update sales deals pipelines on our CRM (Hubspot).
- Participate in client Demo meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and leads on our pipelines.
- Develop sales strategies to engage marketing contacts and convert leads into clients.
- Generate new leads using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Content creation for email campaigns to reach out to new prospects.
- New leads generation capabilities.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of previous Sales experience is required.
- Previous experience using any CRM, such as Hubspot, is preferable.
- Previous experience with sales calls is a plus.
Skills:
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn.
- Ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with a big amount of cold calling on a daily basis and handling objections.
Job Details
Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: 1200 - 1400 CAD/month - around R$ 4.900 - R$ 5.700 (based on skills)
Position: 1
Location: Remote (Ottawa, Canada based company)
Type: Permanent - Full Time
Work Mode: Remote (Laptop and necessary equipment provided by the office after probation period)
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 to 6 Eastern Time.
