Estamos procurando um Business Development Representative (BDR) dedicado e proativo para se juntar à nossa equipe comercial no Brasil . Esta é uma nova posição que desempenhará um papel crucial na identificação e qualificação de leads, prospecção ativa e agendamento de reuniões com potenciais clientes, impulsionando o crescimento das vendas e o desenvolvimento de novos negócios na área de varejo e indústria.
Responsabilidades
- Pesquisa e Prospecção: Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios através de bancos de dados, redes sociais, eventos/feiras, referências e buscas online. Selecionar empresas com base em critérios específicos como faturamento, número de lojas e participação no mercado.
- Qualificação de Leads: Avaliar a adequação dos leads para determinar seu interesse, nível de intenção de compra e adequação ao produto, garantindo oportunidades reais de negócios.
- Contato com Leads: Realizar contatos através de telefonemas, e-mails e mensagens diretas para apresentar ofertas, identificar necessidades e desafios dos leads no sistema de CRM da empresa.prospects, e avançar no processo de conversão.
- Apresentações de Produtos: Realizar apresentações de produtos e explicar os benefícios de forma clara e persuasiva.
- Gerenciamento de CRM: Manter registros atualizados de todas as interações com
- Acompanhamento de Leads: Acompanhar os leads pelo funil de vendas, apoiando a equipe de fechamento de negócios para garantir agilidade no processo de vendas.
Requisitos
- Graduado em Administração, Marketing, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas relacionadas.
- 2-3 anos de experiência em prospecção de clientes B2B e desenvolvimento de projetos e vendas no mercado brasileiro.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, orientado a objetivos, habilidades organizacionais e de gerenciamento de tempo, proatividade, habilidades de negociação e persuasão, e capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe.
- Espanhol e Inglês Avançado (não exclusivos).
- Conhecimento em gerenciamento de Excel e CRM (exclusivo).
