We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RmaisH. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new leads through various strategies, including cold outreach, email, and social media.
  • Qualify and develop relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations, contributing to the closure of new deals.
  • Analyze metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a BDR or similar role.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
  • Collaborative spirit, commitment, and honesty.
