About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CTDI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and pipeline activity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
