As the Sales Performance and Engagement Manager for Latin America (Argentina, Mexico, Brazil), you will be responsible for supporting several Sales Teams across these markets to maximize success and capability, while guiding individuals to achieve their full potential and business targets.
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through ongoing training, structured sales processes, and performance management. You will be pivotal in developing a framework that improves productivity and commercial knowledge across all members of the team. Your ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams will be instrumental in achieving success in a highly diverse region.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the strategic leadership of the LATAM sales team in achieving their goals and objectives through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
- Support the development of localized sales strategies to grow market share and increase revenue generation, while responding to client needs across Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil.
- Mentor a diverse sales team, consisting of key account managers, sales executives, and business development teams.
- Train and coach sales and global teams in data analytics to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and identify opportunities through informed business decisions.
- Report to and support the Global Head by conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and deliver sales training programs tailored to the LATAM region.
Role Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including coaching and training teams, with strong sales standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across different languages and audience sizes.
- Ability to work in a matrix management structure with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong business acumen, with experience implementing sales processes and increasing productivity.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team across multiple countries.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant sales tools.
- Graduate degree in Business or related field preferred.
Languages required: Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Knowledge of travel industry (B2B online travel, hospitality, or travel-related technology) preferred; candidates from FMCG, retail, and events also considered.
