Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings. Organize internal kick-off meetings, assign tasks, and ensure that everything stays on schedule and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each one progresses smoothly, without delays or miscommunication. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, whether they relate to resources, deadlines, or client feedback. Proactively anticipate problems and find creative solutions to keep projects on track.
