Job Opportunity: Business Partner We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Human Resources team as a Business Partner. Hold regular meetings with business units and management to provide guidance on HR issues and develop solutions to improve employee retention. Analyze trends and metrics related to employee rotation and implement strategies to increase retention. Stay updated on labor regulations and ensure compliance, minimizing legal risks. Provide interpretation of HR policies and assist employees in resolving complex problems. Support international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters. Requirements: Previous experience in similar positions within the industry. Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America. Strong communication skills.
