Sr. Customer Support Specialist We are seeking a skilled professional to excel as a Sr. Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues and managing the global support queue with precision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and thrive in a dynamic support team, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, identify customers, populate case details and confirm data accuracy. Monitor the Global Support queue and prioritize cases effectively. Troubleshoot customer-reported issues, provide timely solutions via case updates, calls or screen-sharing sessions. Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of customer support experience. ERP/MIS background preferred. Print industry knowledge is mandatory. Education: Degree in Technology, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience in customer support and enterprise systems.
