Job Title: We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines helpdesk support, operations management, sales assistance, and light marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary responder for inbound customer inquiries. Monitor, triage, and resolve issues through efficient communication and resource utilization. Maintain strong response/resolution times with empathetic, professional interaction. Document common issues and build internal resources or playbooks. Manage and optimize workflows, pipelines, automations, and ticket management across the service platform. Maintain data accuracy for contacts, deals, and support tickets. Support setup and QA of new sequences, processes, and automation in the service platform. Pull basic reports on sales activity, ticket volume, and marketing performance. Execute targeted email campaigns and sequences targeting key prospects. Qualify inbound and outbound leads following defined playbooks. Set calls and demos for the sales team. Track all activities and updates inside the service platform. Assist with email marketing campaigns, list building, and segmentation. Support basic digital marketing tasks as needed.
