Senior Supply Chain Planning Specialist Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain planning? We're seeking a skilled Senior Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. About the Role: Design and implement efficient supply chain planning processes that maximize business value. Develop and maintain complex datasets, including historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations data. Work closely with architects and directors to develop clear functional and technical designs. Configure technical specifications documents and tool configurations in our platform. Analyze and interpret large enterprise data using mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations. Create data visualizations and provide business insights to clients. Collaborate with internal research and development teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes. Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases. Design testing protocols and implement with junior analysts. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project planning and execution. Develop and deliver training programs for super users and end-users. Mentor junior analysts on technical and business aspects of projects. Requirements: Experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics organization. Strong analytical skills, including data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling large data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting complex topics clearly and concisely. Prior experience in planning systems and exposure to ERP tools. Firsthand experience leading teams through the full lifecycle of supply chain planning solution implementations. Experience using agile methodology to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations. Education: Master's degree +4 or bachelor's degree with 6 years' experience required. Degrees in operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business analytics, computer science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
