A Advantech está em busca de um profissional experiente para a posição de Desenvolvedor de Novos Negócios Sênior (BDM Sr.) no setor de Automação Industrial. Esta é uma oportunidade empolgante para liderar a expansão e o desenvolvimento do mercado de Fabricantes de Máquinas, com foco principal em sistemas de controle e visão baseados em PC. O candidato ideal será capaz de direcionar os esforços das equipes de Engenharia e Comercial para as melhores oportunidades de mercado, apresentando um conhecimento técnico assertivo sobre as demandas do mercado. Além disso, o profissional será responsável por captar e manter contas estratégicas para a empresa.

Função reporta para:

Esta função se reporta ao gestor líder do Departamento de Automação Industrial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver um plano estratégico para o mercado de fabricação de máquinas alinhado com o portfólio da Advantech.
  • Realizar estudos de mercado para divulgar a tecnologia da Advantech através de visitas técnicas a clientes, apresentações ou webinars.
  • Elaborar um plano de desenvolvimento e treinamento em conjunto com a equipe de Engenharia de Aplicação, focado nos principais avanços técnicos necessários para a empresa.
  • Criar uma estratégia de preços adequada, através de alinhamentos com a matriz, para o mercado brasileiro.
  • Preparar apresentações técnico-comerciais para a equipe de vendas.
  • Prestar suporte abrangente a parceiros/clientes.
  • Gerar relatórios de gestão sobre o desempenho dos clientes para a gerência e a empresa.
  • Realizar visitas regulares a parceiros/clientes para fomentar relacionamentos.
  • Preparar e participar de feiras, eventos, seminários, Solution Day e webinars para divulgar a Advantech e gerar novos negócios.
  • Apresentar novos produtos e treinar parceiros/clientes para estimular novas vendas.
  • Prospectar ativamente e atrair novos clientes alinhados com a estratégia do setor.
  • Monitorar os indicadores de desempenho dos clientes.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Hunter focado na abertura de mercado.
  • Experiência com redes industriais (Ethercat, Profinet, EthernetIP, IOLink).
  • Experiência com controle baseado em PC e programação de PLC (CODESYS é uma vantagem).
  • Sólido conhecimento no mercado dos fabricantes de máquinas.
  • Visão estratégica de mercado.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Excel avançado.
