About the Role: We seek a senior IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support in a corporate environment. This individual will be responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for users via ticketing systems, administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, groups, and access permissions in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), performing basic maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers, and supporting network-related issues such as connectivity, DHCP, DNS, and VPN access. Responsibilities also include staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
