**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The primary function of this role is to provide technical support services to internal and external customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems, identify solutions and implement them effectively. In addition, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting performance targets and adhering to established attendance and punctuality guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Providing technical support via phone/email/chats Collecting and verifying information from contacts to deliver solutions Identifying correct knowledgebase solutions to use in performing necessary steps Working within a service management application to provide case logs Escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support when required Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have: A strong understanding of cloud applications and internet browsers Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely through screen sharing software Coursory understanding of ecommerce websites and APIs Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt approaches Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.
