Mosaic Puzzles is a wooden jigsaw puzzle company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. At Mosaic, we design and build unique wooden puzzles where every piece is part of the puzzle’s story. We are a fast paced startup built by Ex-Uber and Amazon employees.
Job description:
As a Business Operations and Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes while also fostering strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and licensors. You will be responsible for implementing different strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Run analysis to improve efficiency in the puzzle portfolio and broadly business operations
Puzzle Portfolio/Database Management and Optimization:
Maintain up-to-date records of licensing agreements and contracts for the artwork featured in our portfolio throughout our systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our portfolio reflects the latest artwork and complies with contractual obligations.
Website optimization: Add, remove, sort puzzles as new puzzles are created, expired puzzles are removed, etc.
Customer Success Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
Communication with the manufacturing team to ensure customer requests are handled with quality.
Vendor Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for working with our suppliers/vendors.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate content for various social media platforms.
Create and implement email marketing strategies and content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent level of English is required
Analytics in Excel/Google Sheets is required
2-7 years of working professional experience preferred
Proven experience in database management, analytics, and/or customer success
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
