Principais atribuições:
- Participar ativamente na implementação das soluções da Yandeh no distribuidor
- Construir apresentações das soluções da solução da Yandeh para o time do distribuidor de acordo com a necessidade do distribuir
- Realizar análises de dados, entrevistas e visitas à campo para diagnosticar a operação do distribuidor e identificar oportunidades
- Acompanhar planejamento à implementação das soluções da Yandeh considerando o contexto e recursos do distribuidor e dos varejos
- Suportar integração sistêmica do distribuidor com a Yandeh
- Implementar as soluções da Yandeh com o time do distribuidor, suportado por analistas de negócio e pelo time de RGM/produto.
- Conduzir treinamentos com time do Distribuidor e da Indústria.
- Estabilizar o uso das soluções pelo Distribuidor, Indústria e Varejos.
- Identificar e propor melhorias nas soluções atuando com o time de desenvolvimento de produtos
Principais competências:
- Experiência em Sales Intelligence: desenho de política comercial, precificação e planejamento de campanhas e eficiência de força de vendas
- Experiência em GTM de bens de consumo
- Capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas
- Gestão de projetos
- Power BI ou ferramentas similares
- Inglês avançado
Modelo presencial – maior parte atuando no cliente (Distribuidor)
