The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen business acumen, and a proven track record in managing partnerships.

  • Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including logistics, packaging, accounting, among others;
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of partner results, ensuring seamless collaboration and performance;
  • Referral Program: Develop and execute a robust referral program to drive new customer acquisition and partner growth;
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize partnerships;
  • Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements;
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise within partner relationships.
