Job Description We are seeking an Experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting the business teams with all financial matters. Your Key Responsibilities: 1. Formulate and optimize financial processes and rules to ensure smooth business operations. 2. Provide professional financial advice and promote implementation of best practices. 3. Support new country/city launches by ensuring financial risks are under control. 4. Evaluate investments and expected returns on new business opportunities. 5. Participate in business planning and budget management, working closely with business partners. 6. Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities and risks. 7. Collaborate with financial teams to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or above in corporate finance, accounting, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in finance business partnering or a related position. Familiarity with MENA financial regulations. A strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to coordinate and cooperate with different departments. Proficiency in using financial software, office software, and statistical analysis methods. A strong sense of responsibility and business sensitivity, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
