About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and client-focused Operations Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of operational excellence, client success, and project delivery, helping businesses optimize their operations and achieve transformative results.

What Success Looks Like

- Deliver insightful and transformative operational improvements that exceed client expectations

- Maintain high client satisfaction scores through strategic guidance and proactive support

- Consistently complete high-quality projects on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and optimize client operations by identifying improvement opportunities across their technology stack and implementing strategic solutions

- Manage client relationships with a focus on strategic growth, maintaining exceptional service standards and professional communication

- Drive project success through effective planning, delegation, and execution from initial scope to final delivery

- Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining clear accountability

- Provide proactive operational insights and recommendations that extend beyond immediate project scope

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in operations management or strategic consulting

- Experience as an Account Manager

- Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time delivery

- Excellence in client communication and relationship management

- Proficiency in modern business technology stacks and automation tools

- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Notion, ClickUp, and other business automation platforms

- Background in creating and implementing SOPs and operational frameworks

- Understanding of systems thinking and operational optimization

- Track record of maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
