Job Title: Business Development Director   Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our strategic partnerships with major financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with global banks and other financial institutions, enhancing our services in payment, collection, and B2B verticals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partnership Development: Negotiate and close partnership deals with key financial institutions, identifying opportunities for business collaboration and growth. 2. Channel Integration: Develop and execute channel partnership strategy, ensuring seamless integration of new partners into our existing infrastructure. 3. Project Management: Oversee project deliverables, including channel integration and optimization, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results. 4. Compliance: Review and ensure compliance with local regulations and policies regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement. 5. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence.   Requirements: 1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in collaboration with local financial institutions or the payment channel industry. 2. Skills: In-depth understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement. Excellent negotiation and partnership proposal development skills. Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries. Strong interpersonal, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, enjoying working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
