Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, office supplies management, and facilities coordination.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
  • Coordinate office budgets, track expenses, and handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other organizational activities.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications、Skills :

  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and Portuguese, communicating and processing paperwork daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
