Our Recruitment Expert We're seeking a driven recruitment specialist to join our growing team. The Role: As a key member, you'll source and recruit top talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates for an excellent recruitment experience. Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles. Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions. Ensure a smooth candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. Requirements: 3+ years of recruiting experience for technical roles. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Solid sourcing skills and experience with job boards and other tools. Upper-Intermediate + level of English. Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional who can drive our recruitment efforts forward.
