We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Human Resources to lead our global people function. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals, overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation across all markets. You will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, ensuring that HR initiatives are scalable, data-informed, and closely integrated with KTO’s growth trajectory.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute a HR strategy that supports KTO’s business objectives and culture.
- Partner with leadership to shape scalable org structures, career paths, and succession plans.
- Oversee core HR functions including compensation & benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Build strong employer branding and effective hiring practices to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, and company values globally.
- Leverage tools and data to optimize workforce planning and decision-making.
- Provide counsel to senior leadership on people-related strategy and best practices.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant labor laws across jurisdictions.
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:
- Proven experience as a senior HR leader, preferably in a high-growth tech or iGaming company.
- Track record of building and scaling HR functions, with a deep understanding of Brazilian contract frameworks, including both CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) and CNPJ contractual structures
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Brazilian labor regulations, compliance obligations, and HR operations for both CLT employees and service providers contracted under CNPJ arrangements.
- Expertise in talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
- Fluency in English required.
