We are looking for an experienced executive with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Duties for the executive will include supervising People personnel, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing People strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
- **This position will be based on Porto Alegre/RS**

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Think strategically about employee recruiting, hiring, and retention
- Conduct executive coaching and leadership training
- Lead benefits and retirement plan administration
- Develop and implement compensation strategy and planning
- Create and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Support strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth.
- Hire, guide and evaluate the work of People executives.
- Optimize the use of people analytics software to manage talent and improve decision making

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as Director, VP or other senior HR role
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.)
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Ability to use metrics and analytics
- Knowledge of local and international labor law
- Aptitude in communicating and public speaking
- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Fluent in English

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Spanish.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a equivalent experience
