Job Description Niit is seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Operations team, you will support Niit's customers in Frankfurt by delivering outstanding service. This role involves coordinating training sessions and overseeing all activities within the service. You will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team to ensure seamless execution of training programs. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to an international work environment. Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train trainees according to courses and per site, Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required, Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, and ensure their proper execution, Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program, Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required, Follow and ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool Required Skills & Qualifications The successful candidate will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage Benefits Niit offers a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.
