We are seeking a seasoned Applications Developer to drive innovation in our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires flexibility, technical expertise and problem-solving skills to meet complex business needs. Administer, design and develop the Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Marketing/Pardot, Experience Cloud) for optimal performance and user experience. Take ownership of release cycles to implement new/updated applications and code, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption. Develop Apex classes and triggers, build Custom User Interface using Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components to deliver high-quality solutions. Design and develop sites using Experience Site Builder and customize experience site interface for seamless user engagement. Design and develop custom workflows, approval flows as needed, and prepare solution design documents, data flow diagrams, test cases etc., to ensure efficient processes and effective outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide timely solutions, driving business growth and success.
