Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist Contract Type: Long-term assignment. Location: Santarosa, Brazil. Scope of Work: This is a Backfill Network Infrastructure position for one of our clients in Jundiaí, São Paulo, Brazil. The selected candidate will provide on-site technical support covering IT infrastructure, networking, data center operations, and hardware troubleshooting. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, supporting network devices, troubleshooting VOIP phones, managing basic server tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations following SLA guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring system health and identifying potential issues Supporting network devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points Troubleshooting VOIP phones and assigning switch ports to specific VLANs Managing basic server tasks and performing periodic visual checks of the IDF rooms for cooling and power status Assisting network and data center admins during technical troubleshooting Requirements: Basic knowledge of Network Devices and Operating Systems Experience with Monitoring tools and ITSM platforms Understanding of Server Performance monitoring and Backup technologies Knowledge of Windows 2003 servers Enterprise/Standard Edition, UNIX & Linux Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Network Infrastructure and Data Center Operations Benefits: By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and technically strong team focused on excellence, innovation, and customer success.
