Job Title: Casting Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Casting Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent sourcing and casting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of casting resources, social media platforms, and experience with casting databases. Responsibilities: Identify and source emerging talent across social media platforms, staying on top of trends. Post-casting calls aligned with creative outlines for new and ongoing productions. Screen, organize, and categorize auditions, preparing submissions for producer review. Coordinate auditions with talent, agencies, and managers, managing the talent booking process. Maintain a robust casting database with accurate records and updated talent profiles. Collaborate with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules. Produce and direct assigned content episodes, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and creative goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency with various casting resources and familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch. High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
