Key Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team, responsible for preparing, conducting and evaluating training programs. You will write literature and materials to be used in programs, design exercises to enhance delivery of training and conduct training on software product suites and equipment maintenance for external transit and internal personnel. Technical Training Experience Required 5+ years experience in technical training Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science or equivalent preferred Presentation skills Thorough understanding of English language and its proper use Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize Microsoft Office What We Offer Clever Devices is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Mandatory Requirements Prepare, conduct and maintain technical training programs Assess training needs and certification requirements Deploy training to targeted personnel including internal technical teams Prepare training material and classroom agenda Provide end user training for client Conduct presentations and webinars Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle Test process with different subjects
