Strategic Digital Engagement Leader We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital customer engagement initiatives and drive business growth. Leverage expertise in IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications to develop strategic digital customer engagement plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective digital engagement strategies. Analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform data-driven decisions and optimize customer experiences. Senior-level experience in digital customer engagement or related fields. Proficiency in English and additional languages (Asian or European) is an asset. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to form big picture quickly. This remote position requires a 5-day workweek commitment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital customer engagement initiatives, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
