Job Opportunity Overview We are seeking a dedicated sales professional to drive adoption of our video product at universities and colleges in North America. Meet or exceed sales goals through effective sales cycles, from prospecting to close. Develop and execute a territory sales plan & progress opportunities in the pipeline. Provide informative product demos to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians in North America. Proactively communicate with clients and users through emails and calls, ensuring excellent customer service. Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions on priorities in your work. Collaborate effectively with other teams such as marketing to deliver on sales targets, team projects, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and possess a keen analytical mind. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing their time efficiently. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Build strong relationships with clients and users. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity. Contribute to the development of sales plans and forecasts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
