If you have experience in industrial maintenance and want to lead and optimize operations in a multinational environment — this is your chance
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations across all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Analyze and report KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
🎯 Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
- Good level of English and Spanish.
- Willingness to relocate permanently to Europe.
