Professional Overnight Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an overnight customer support representative. This is a full-time contract position that requires working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 3pm to 12am CST. The hourly pay for this position is $6.60 USD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system. They will also be required to work efficiently with carrier portals and other tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues. To be eligible for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in English. You should also be able to multitask, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively. In addition to your technical skills and abilities, we are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally within our organization and develop new skills.
