Lead Generation Specialist The Role Summary: This role involves creating and nurturing qualified leads with the primary goal of booking sales calls. We are looking for a skilled specialist to manage inbound and outbound lead channels, validate prospect interest, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain an organized pipeline across multiple platforms. The specialist will monitor and respond to leads from various sources, conduct call show audits, manage follow-up sequences, update pipeline statuses, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified prospects to the sales team. Main Responsibilities: Monitoring and responding to new leads Conducting daily call show audits Managing and updating the Airtable Lead Gen dashboard Qualifying inbound leads Scheduling sales calls Executing manual follow-ups Reviewing and responding to positive replies Updating lead tags, statuses, and ownership Maintaining accurate pipeline management Coordinating reschedules Processing and segmenting new Meta ads leads Reviewing notes from sales reps Updating the sales team on lead status changes
