Customer Service Ambassador The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for ensuring seamless and positive experiences for users of our sports betting and casino platform. Candidates must be proficient in responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. They should be skilled at resolving issues and complaints, offering suitable solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. A strong ability to communicate fluently in both Portuguese and English is required to assist a diverse customer base. Candidates are expected to maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams when escalation is necessary. Staying up-to-date with company products, promotions, and policies is crucial to provide accurate information.
