Lead Digital Customer Engagement Specialist This role requires a professional to lead and manage customer engagement strategies across various digital channels. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP Applications, with hands-on experience in SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers. A working understanding of SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or other cloud solutions is essential, as well as expertise in infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics. Strong technical troubleshooting skills are required, with the ability to quickly form a big picture and identify solutions. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is necessary, with additional local languages being an advantage. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional experiences. Key areas of focus include: Customer Experience Management : Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer interactions and engagement across multiple touchpoints. Digital Channel Management : Manage and maintain digital channels to ensure seamless customer experiences. Technical Troubleshooting : Provide expert-level support in identifying and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems and infrastructure. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
