Customer Service Representative Job Description Vantage is a global broker offering trading services. With over 10 years of experience, they have a strong presence across 30 offices worldwide. The company is looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in Southeast Asia: Malaysia or Thailand. Key Responsibilities include: Providing frontline support via live chat, phone, and email to clients. Answering queries and resolving client issues efficiently. Addressing customer feedback professionally and politely. Recording and updating customer data accurately. Supporting documentation needs within the department effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree with fresh graduates welcome to apply. Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in crypto or fintech sectors. Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts included. Experience in international settings and teams is highly desirable. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory for communication purposes. Exceptional communication skills with superb client focus are essential. Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable but not necessary.
