We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with strong communication skills and experience in software support. You will be working as part of a team to deliver high-quality technical support services, using your critical thinking skills to listen to and understand customer needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Level 1 support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and be proficient in Zendesk Talk, Messaging, and Support or similar platforms. Responsibilities Provide timely responses and resolutions to all inbound customer support requests via phone, chat, and email Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's core products and everyday use cases within the veterinary industry Identify root causes of customer issues, replicate and solve problems, and escalate when necessary Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure consistency in resolving customer issues Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal English communication skills At least 2 years of experience in Level 1 support for SaaS products Experience with Zendesk Talk, Messaging, and Support or similar platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment Competitive salary and benefits package 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), one floating day, and three sick days About This Role This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
