We are seeking an experienced customer support professional to fill a technical role. Job Description: Manage large volumes of incoming requests for assistance from customers. Provide detailed answers and solutions to product-related inquiries. Assess and handle complex technical issues that require specialized knowledge. Triage tickets to the correct teams to ensure timely resolution. Follow established communication procedures and guidelines. Supply accurate and complete information using relevant methods and tools. Foster sustainable relationships with customers through open and transparent communication. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, providing alternatives when necessary. Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Required Skills and Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Demonstrable experience in technical support roles is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Broad understanding of frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, and COBIT. Proficiency with ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce. Understanding of web page construction principles.
