Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Delivery Manager to partner with our global technology services company. This role will involve ensuring service delivery meets established internal and client processes, developing and delivering communications to varying levels of client stakeholders, and managing risks and issues related to client service delivery. Ensure adherence to established internal and client processes for service delivery. Develop and deliver effective communications to various levels of client stakeholders. Manage risks and issues related to client service delivery. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of broad technology industry experience, 5+ years direct SDM experience within an ITIL-aligned managed services organization, and proven leadership, resource management, and financial management skills. A strong background in enterprise-class ERP applications, ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, and ITIL certifications is desired. Communication skills in multiple languages are beneficial. This role requires a proactive contributor who can work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and monitor email regularly outside standard business hours. Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Management: Ensure that all aspects of service delivery meet the required standards and expectations of clients. Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and effective communications to various levels of client stakeholders. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues related to client service delivery. Requirements: 10+ years of broad technology industry experience. 5+ years direct SDM experience within an ITIL-aligned managed services organization.
