ERP Implementation Expert Infor LN Cloud is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system designed to enhance business efficiency and operations. This role requires an ERP expert who can facilitate knowledge transfer, ensure service stability, and serve as a liaison between local stakeholders and the global implementation team. Key responsibilities include: Gathering information from SMEs and incumbent teams, and sharing it with the AMS team in English. Developing process and solution understanding documentation in English. Acting as a liaison between Brazil-based teams (client and incumbent) and the India-based AMS team. Providing initial AMS support for Infor LN Cloud Edition and helping establish service stability post go-live. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Finance and Logistics, specifically with Infor LN, as well as proficiency in configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems. Key Skills We are looking for a highly skilled consultant who can lead our transition to Infor LN Cloud Edition. The successful candidate must possess: Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English – reading, writing, and listening. Hands-on ERP experience in Finance and Logistics, specifically with Infor LN. Experience in configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems. Strong understanding of the Nota Fiscal process.
